Connectivity data portal

The connectivity data portal is a gateway to the connectivity data gathered in the mouse brain architecture project in wild-type mice (C57BL/6)

Cell type data portal

This is a gateway to brainwide maps of specific cell types establishing a quantitative approach to the study of cell-type distribution in the mouse brain.

About the Mouse Brain Architecture Project

The goal of the Mouse Brain Architecture Project is to gain a comprehensive neuroanatomical understanding of the whole mouse brain at the mesoscopic scale. It consists of a high throughput neuro-histological pipeline for doing injection-based tractography, an analysis pipeline for tera-voxel brain volumes and a web portal for data dissemination. The project was initiated with workshops in 2007-08, leading to a position paper proposing brain-wide mesoscale connectivity mapping in vertebrate brains.
